Shipping & Delivery

  • Risk of loss and title pass to you once your order is handed to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 30 days of order dispatch.

  • Products are returned unopened, unused, and in original condition (unless faulty).

Shipping costs for returns may apply and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
