Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? +
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be in sellable condition (unopened, undamaged).
How do I request a return or exchange? +
Email us at info@venoraperfumes.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable). We’ll guide you through the return process.
Do you offer refunds for change of mind? +
Yes, but only if the item is returned unused and unopened. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged or is incorrect? +
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund.

Are your perfumes and diffusers vegan and cruelty-free? +
Yes — our products are not tested on animals and are vegan-friendly.
What’s the difference between your perfumes and designer fragrances? +
Venora Perfumes offers inspired-by fragrances crafted with premium ingredients. While not affiliated with designer brands, our scents are designed to resemble and pay tribute to well-known classics at a fraction of the cost.
Why doesn’t my perfume spray properly? +
This may be due to a clogged nozzle or air bubble. Try tapping the base gently and spraying several times. If the issue continues, contact us and we’ll help.

Candles & Diffusers

How long do your diffusers last? +
Our reed diffusers typically last between 3 to 5 months, depending on the environment and airflow.
Can I buy diffuser refills? +
We are working on introducing refills — stay tuned and subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Why is my diffuser liquid changing colour? +
Natural oils may darken over time when exposed to air or sunlight. This is normal and does not affect performance.

Do I need an account to shop? +
No — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you view past orders and save your shipping details for faster checkout.
How do I update my details? +
Log in to your account, go to My Account, and update your shipping address, email, or payment info.
What if I forget my password? +
