Shipping Options & Rates
We offer shipping Australia-wide via trusted carriers such as Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: $7.95–$18.95 AUD (calculated at checkout based on weight and location)

Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $100 AUD

Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD (available for orders under 3kg; exclusions may apply)
Express orders exceeding size or weight limits may be downgraded to Standard Shipping. We’ll contact you if this applies to your order.
Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 1:30 PM Sydney time are prioritised for same-day dispatch.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
NSW, VIC, ACT: 4–6 business days
SA, NT, QLD, TAS: 6–10 business days
WA: 10–15 business days
Importnt: Sales periods, public holidays, and peak seasons may experience delays.
Delivery Conditions

All orders require a signature on delivery, unless you choose ‘Authority to Leave’ at checkout.

If no one is available and no authority is given, your parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point or post office.

For best results, consider providing a business address if you won’t be available during the day.

Venora Perfumes is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if ‘Authority to Leave’ is granted.
Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery Fees
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before confirming your order:

Deliveries returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur re-delivery charges.

If an order is returned after multiple failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees will apply for resending.

Due to courier and air transport regulations, we currently cannot ship to the following locations:

Delays & Order Notifications
We aim to deliver promptly, but delays may occur during peak periods, weather events, or courier disruptions.
If we anticipate any delay (e.g., due to stock issues or payment processing), our team will reach out as soon as possible.
Payments via methods like PayPal eCheque may extend processing times.
Refunds & Undeliverable Orders
If your parcel is returned due to incorrect details, non-collection, or refusal:

Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the carrier.

Refunds will be issued for product costs only, minus shipping and handling.
