Refund policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Venera Perfume. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read through our return and refund policy below, which reflects your rights and our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item should have all original tags and be in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Returns sent back without prior approval (via email) will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a fault or incorrect item.

Damages and issues
All products are covered under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you received the defective, damaged or wrong items, contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement and cover return shipping. All orders are insured. If your parcel is officially marked as "Lost in Transit" by Australia Post, we’ll issue a replacement at no extra cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used fragrances or diffusers

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 90 days, provided the item meets the return conditions above. However, please note:

  • You will be responsible for return postage

  • We may refuse returns if items are not in resaleable condition (e.g., opened, used, or damaged).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item and place a new order for the replacement item once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@venoraperfumes.com.au.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or a shipping error on our part.

  • A flat-rate return fee of $9.95 will apply for change-of-mind returns processed through our Returns Portal, which will be deducted from your refund.
